  1. Swinging bats at pitches without helmets on..
  2. Adults warming up pitchers between innings or in the bullpen..
  3. Bullpen catchers improperly equipped..
  4. Exiting the dugout before being granted time..
  5. Pre-game catchers without full gear on..
  6. Lack of a dangling throat protectors on the catchers mask...
  7. Only one batter out of the dugout on deck between innings..
  8. Leave the bats on the rack in the dugout until it’s your turn to bat..
  9. One adult in the dugout at all times..
  10. Pitching rules not followed causing possible injury to the player.
